1. Delivery Areas

    2. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order. Below is an overview of standard shipping fees:

  • Within Germany: Starting from €4.99
  • Within the EU: Starting from €9.99
  • Outside the EU: Starting from €19.99
  • Please note: For express delivery or special requests, additional charges may apply. These costs will be displayed before the final checkout step.

    3. Delivery Times

    We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Germany: 2-5 business days
  • Within the EU: 5-10 business days
  • Outside the EU: 10-15 business days (may vary due to customs clearance processes)
