These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between Csúri Elektronics and its customers (private individuals and businesses). By using our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Csúri Elektronics offers CNC milling, 3D printing, software and app development, machine and fixture construction, as well as online marketing services. All offers are non-binding and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Technical modifications are subject to change.
The products and services presented on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer but serve as an invitation for the customer to submit an offer. A contract is only concluded once Csúri Elektronics confirms the order in writing or electronically (e.g., by email).
All prices are in euros (EUR), including applicable VAT. Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and interest on arrears.
Shipping within Germany is carried out via DHL, GLS, or Hermes, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed in writing. In case of delays due to force majeure or supply shortages, delivery time will be reasonably extended.
Csúri Elektronics is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations. Any further liability, particularly for loss of profit or consequential damages, is excluded.
All content on this website, including texts, images, CAD files, software, technical drawings, and designs, is protected by copyright. Use or reproduction without the express written permission of Csúri Elektronics is not permitted.
The statutory warranty under German law applies. Customers must inspect delivered goods immediately for defects and report any issues in writing within 7 days. After this period, the goods or services are considered accepted. There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products.
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 355 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB). The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually manufactured or clearly personalized products (e.g., custom CNC or 3D printing orders) or to fully performed services if execution began with the customer’s consent (§ 312g Abs. 2 No. 1 BGB).
Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data is only shared with third parties if necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g., shipping companies or payment providers). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Dortmund, Germany, insofar as legally permissible.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Changes and additions must be made in writing.
