Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of §13 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

In the case of a purchase agreement: when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In the case of multiple goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately: when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period: when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first item.

2. To Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) to the following contact details:

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are required to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

5. Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

Goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded.

Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
